At Simply Traditions, all of our products are made to order, allowing us to create items especially for you while minimizing waste.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

• Custom items, including embroidered and engraved products, may require additional production time

Shipping Time

• After fulfillment, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days

• Shipping times may vary depending on product type and destination

• We currently ship within the United States only

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

• Applicable taxes will be displayed prior to purchase

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear
